In the past few months, we have welcomed 12 new agencies into the 24/7 Coastal Contact family. This growth has been nothing short of phenomenal and has propelled us to new heights. With these additions, we are now serving clients in an impressive 27 states, with multiple agencies in some states.
This expansion reflects our dedication to expanding our reach and enhancing our capabilities to better serve the needs of our clients. By partnering with top-notch agencies across the country, we are able to offer comprehensive and tailored solutions that meet the unique requirements of each community we serve.
Our presence in 27 states is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team, as well as the trust and confidence that our clients and partners have placed in us. Prior to establishing 24/7 Coastal Contact, Ms. King worked for 30 years in the health care industry. Her experience began providing direct patient care. Eventually, she transitioned into home care and home infusion, then acquired her HCS-D certification as a Home Health specialty coder where she learned about the administrative burden facing Home Health and Home Care providers.
It became clear that after-hours customer service was a major toll home care industry and it was with this need in mind that 24/7 Coastal Contact was founded. Since 2018, 24/7 Coastal Contact has grown explosively. Now, we provide service to over 40 agencies in over 24 states with a 95% retention of service rate.
